Introduction
From The Royal Navy, to Funeral Arranging and Celelebrancy...
I trained as a celebrant with Civil Ceremonies Ltd, gaining the National Qualification Level 3 Diploma in Funeral Celebrancy (QCF), the highest qualification in this field. Previously I trained and qualified as a Funeral Arranger with the largest Funeral Directors in the country; this experience gives me great insight into the whole funeral process and has helped to equip me for my current role.
Royal Navy Service
I have experience of working as Funeral Officer whilst serving in the Royal Navy; to look after the families of personnel who died in service is an honour and a privilage. This work has developed my passion to listen to the needs of families and to support them as they say their final farewell to their loved ones.
My Royal Navy service included time spent as a funeral officer.
